Delivery timeframe for international (non-Lithuanian) orders depends on your location, normally it is not more than 14 days. Although we try our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

 

Please have in mind, that we do not stock any goods and it takes up to 3 business days to finalize your unique item after you place the order. We kindly ask you to inform us if you don't receive the goods within 30 days.

We are based in EU and under EU rules you have the right to return online ​purchases within 14 days for a full refund. You can do so for any reason – even if you simply changed your mind​. We inform you that you have to pay the costs of returning the goods.

 

 

Return

We kindly ask you to inform us of your decision to cancel the purchase. It is not enough to just send the goods back.  Please send the unused items back within 14 days of informing us.

 

Refund

We will give you a refund within 14 days from receipt of your cancellation. We keep the right to delay refunding you if we have not received the goods or evidence that you have returned.

 

Replace

​If by mistake you ordered an item that does not fit (please see the sizing charts before ordering)​ and you wish to replace it with the same item in other size, we sure can do it. We inform you that you have to pay the costs of returning the goods.
